AuditRanker provides browser-based software for SEO / GEO audits, local SEO checks, website SEO analysis, PageSpeed performance reports, recommendation reports, competitor insights, report history, task tracking, and dashboard access.

AuditRanker sells subscription access to software. Paid plans do not include done-for-you SEO services, marketing services, consulting, web design, web development, advertising placement, manual implementation work, telemarketing, or managed campaigns.

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and notifying support if unauthorized access is suspected.

Subscriptions may be offered monthly or yearly. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may be calculated at checkout depending on the payment provider and location. The active payment provider may act as merchant of record or payment processor for the transaction. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.

Users may cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle. Access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and any applicable law.

Users are responsible for reviewing audit findings, applying recommendations carefully, complying with applicable laws, and ensuring they have permission to audit websites or business profiles they submit.

You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, telemarketing, scraping private contact information, abuse of APIs, attacking the system, reselling access without permission, uploading harmful content, bypassing limits, or interfering with service availability.

Recommendations and audit findings are provided for guidance only. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, revenue, or number-one positions. SEO results vary and depend on competition, implementation, website quality, location, search engine changes, and other factors.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party APIs, hosting, payment gateways, analytics, AI services, or PageSpeed services may experience interruptions beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditRanker and Technity Online Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, non-payment, violation of these terms, or activity that harms the platform or other users.
