Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel a subscription anytime before the next renewal date.

After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. No future charges should occur after a confirmed cancellation.

Users can request cancellation by contacting info@auditranker.com with the account email and subscription details. If self-service cancellation is available through the active payment provider or dashboard billing area, users may also cancel there before the next renewal date.

Users should cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal has already processed, refund eligibility is reviewed under the Refund Policy.

Deleting an account does not always automatically cancel billing unless the payment system explicitly supports it. Users should cancel the active subscription first, then request account deletion if needed.
