This Cancellation Policy explains how users can cancel AuditRanker subscriptions.

Cancel Anytime

Users can cancel a subscription anytime before the next renewal date.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. No future charges should occur after a confirmed cancellation.

How to Cancel

Cancellation may be requested from the dashboard billing area when payment integration is active, or by contacting info@auditranker.com with your account email and subscription details.

Renewal Timing

Users should cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal has already processed, refund eligibility is reviewed under the Refund Policy.

Account Deletion

Deleting an account does not always automatically cancel billing unless the payment system explicitly supports it. Users should cancel the active subscription first, then request account deletion if needed.
